How many guest am I allow to invite ?

There is a limit of 2 guests.

Current students are not allowed to attend this event if they have not been invited by school.

Please ensure that, after registering, you receive one ticket per person by email, including for your guests.

I need an invitation letter. What can I do?

Please send to the email address below :

copies of the passports of all travellers
travel dates (date of arrival in Switzerland and date of departure)

Is there a possibility to get accommodation on campus ?

Only students graduating on the 17th September 2026 may request a single room at T&X, the school accommodation.

The fee for 1 night is CHF 60.-
The fee for 2 nights is CHF 100.-

I'am not able to attend the graduation 2026. What can I do ?

You may postpone your graduation ceremony for one year only.
You must contact us so we can send you the registration email next year.

Please note that no original documents will be handed out during the graduation ceremony.
All documents will be sent by mail at a later date to the address you provided at the time of your campus check-out.
